Cécile Lanouette, Administrative Assistant. Philanthropy

Cécile Lanouette, a trained linguist and terminologist, started her career working in her field before taking a break to focus on her family. When it came time to re-enter the job market, Cécile decided to reorient her career path and found her way to Canada World Youth, an organisation she approached based on its central mission and values. Now 20 years later, Cécile has taken on multiple projects and held several positions in the organisation, predominantly in the areas of fundraising and volunteer recruitment. Through all of her experience, she has gained a great deal of knowledge and strong understanding of the work of CWY, notably the work we do to build on our objectives and values. Now an integral part of our Philanthropy team, she is looking forward to building on her skills and experience in fundraising to support the work of her team and the organisation.
