Canada World Youth’s President and CEO, Rita S. Karakas, visits Indonesia

Rita S. Karakas, President and CEO of Canada World Youth is travelling to Indonesia from August 12th to August 21st. She is meeting with CWY’s current partner, the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the Republic of Indonesia. (MENPORA), the alumni association of the Indonesia Canada World Youth Exchanges and with potential new partners in this country. CWY and MENPORA are celebrating the 40th anniversary of their partnership and discussing the possibilities for collaboration after 2015.

Mrs. Karakas met yesterday, August 14, 2014, with the Secretary for Youth and Sports, Dr. Alfitra Salamm, with whom she exchanged gifts.
